Without any message or previous warning of being late, the teacher will wait for 15min before considering the lesson as completed.
I'm sick/ something unexpected came up, can I cancel the class last minute ?
As per our Chocolatine French Academy's policy, we understand that life is unpredictable : you are allowed to reschedule the lesson until 24h before the lesson starts.
